Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BALAMURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, Advocate for MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court for the alleged offences punishable under Section 406, 409, 471, 477 (A) r/w Section 34 of I.P.C., in Crime No.4 of 2017.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of one year.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
