The petitioners complain of harassment at the hands of the second respondent presumably at the instance of the private respondents herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the fourth respondent has preferred a complaint, based on which a case in Crime No.65 of 2019 has been registered against the petitioners.

4. Inasmuch as the criminal case is now registered against the petitioners, the investigating officer is directed to investigate the crime strictly in accordance with law and also directed not to resort to any extra legal means.
