RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Special Judge, Special Court for Bomb Blasts Cases, Poonamallee, Chennai daily at 10.30 am in all working days until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9549/2017 dated 24/08/2017 in Crime No.1/2013 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.MURUGAN, Government Advocate for M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Bomb Blasts Cases, Poonamallee, Chennai, Chennai, daily at 10.30. a.m., in all working days, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.9549 of 2017, dated 24.08.2017 in Crime No.1 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2013 in the offences punishable under Sections 109, 120(B) and 153-A of I.P.C and under Sections 16 & 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 and under Sections 4(i) r/w (a) and (b) and 6 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908 in Crime No.1 of 2013.

3.The allegation against the petitioner is that he purchased the country pistol and 53 ammunitions from Bihar and he was arrayed as accused no.9. while granting bail, this Court passed an order made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9549 of 2017, dated 24.08.2017, imposed a condition to appear before the Special Court for Bomb blast cases, Poonamallee, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioner implicated in the serious offence and condition imposed on the petitioner dated 24.08.2017, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
