The above Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the sixth defendant in O.S.No.18 of 2019 for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/sixth defendant would submit that though the suit is of the year 2019 and it was filed only for a bare injunction, the Court below without any valid reasons, is adjourning the matter on several hearing dates. It is submitted that the suit is now posted for evidence on 07.08.2023.
3. He would further submit that the petitioner/sixth defendant is a senior citizen aged about 64 years and being a women folk and the claim of the first respondent/plaintiff in respect of the suit property by claiming lease hold right of the suit property is without any legal right and therefore, the early disposal of the suit is required.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the second to sixth respondents/first to fifth defendants had no objection for a direction for early disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2019, without any further delay, by affording sufficient opportunities to the respective parties to put forth their contentions, expeditiously, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
