Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307 IPC in Crime No.249 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.249 of 2018.

2.On 31.03.2018, the petitioner along with others said to have attacked the defacto complainant due previous motive between them. Therefore, the present case came to be registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the victim is still in hospital and that the injury was caused on the defacto complainant's neck and he further submitted that there is no previous case has been registered against the petitioner.

4.Since no specific overt act as regards the infliction of injury is attributed to the petitioner and there is no previous case has been registered against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
