Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.T.RAMESH RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14701 of 2017 in the order dated 01.12.2017.
2.This Court by order dated 01.12.2017, granted two weeks time to the petitioner to surrender before I-Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Trichy. Since the petitioner cannot appear within the time prescribed by this Court, the present petition is filed.
3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the petition and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and the time granted earlier in the order order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
01.11.2017 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14701 of 2017 is extended by another period of two weeks. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.
