Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants survey to be conducted for the petition mentioned land. Patta was mutated in his favour. But then, there is some dispute regarding the same. One Papathi and Chinna Aathal have raised dispute before the District Revenue Officer, Trichy. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Musiri is now said to be conducting enquiry. The RDO, Musiri shall conclude the enquiry at his end within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the report shall be forwarded to the District Revenue Officer, Trichy. He shall pass final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter. If the petitioner succeeds, survey shall be conducted. 3.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 08.07.2024 skm 2/4
