PARTNERS, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- This application is allowed on condition that the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Bench within two days from today, failing which this Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
