ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter in D.No.316 of 2021 dated 04.06.2021 submitted by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul; and in the presence of the counsel for the petitioner this Court made the following order: By order dated 02.11.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose H.M.O.P.No.3 of 2020 within a period of six months. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.316/2021 dated 04.06.2021 wherein, the learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul, has requested for extension of six months to comply with the above order.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dindigul, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of this order to comply with the order dated 02.11.2020.
