(i) that the Judgment and Decree of the Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin dated 30.07.2014 made in A.S.No.93 of 2012 confirming the Judgment and Decree of the District Munsif, Srivaikundam dated 16.08.2011 made in O.S.No.220 of 2008 be and hereby are confirming and the Second Appeal is Dismissed.
