ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the assignment made in favour of the seventh respondent. The third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will hear all the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
