to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in IA.No.38 of 2013 in OS.No.83 of 2010 on the file of District Munsif, Court, Satankulam dated 12.02.2013 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard both sides. Interim stay already granted is made absolute and hence, the stay petition is closed.

The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in view of the interim stay granted by this court, the suit is yet to be disposal of therefore the CRP shall be taken for hearing at an early date.
