O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.520 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner is substantially completed into and the final report would be filed shortly.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the respondent Police is directed to conclude the investigation and file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
