This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 15.03.2019 passed in unnumbered Cr.M.P.No. of 2019 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Court, Karur by allowing this Criminal Original Petition and direct the second respondent to register the case and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that as per the direction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.73 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 I.P.C and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(s) (va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. He would further submit that pursuant to registration of F.I.R., the respondent police will conduct the enquiry in the manner known to law.
