Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to directing the 2nd respondent herein to include the petitioners name in the Panel fit for promotion to the post of Industrial Co-Operative Officer by considering the exemption already granted by the 1st Respondent in his favour with regard to possession in requisite qualification of pass in Account Test for Subordinate Officer part - II by considering his Representation dated 04.07.2019 within the time stipulated by the Honorable court.

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.15937 of 2019 dated 18.07.2019.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 18.07.2019. A copy of the said proceedings has been filed before this Court.
