2. We are more than satisfied that the water channel runs through old survey No.80/2 Part. Thiru.Saravanan, local Village Administrative Officer is present in person. He states that even as on date it is still running. There is nothing on record to show that the water channel has 2/4

3. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
