ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 336 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.534 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused have pelted stones on the bus belonging to the Transport Corporation and caused damage worth about Rs.15,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was not mentioned in the FIR and the petitioner is roped only on suspicion.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was registered based on the complaint given by the driver of the bus belonging to the Transport Corporation and as per the complaint, the accused have pelted stones at the bus and caused damage. It is further submitted that there is no bad antecedents against the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.534 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai on receipt of the same the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

entitled to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
