ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the document, which would be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the property measuring to an extent of 1.6 Hectors in S.No. 219/3, 196/14, 221/8, 196/8, 196/9, 213/12, 211/4 and 204/13 situated at Vaviyareynthal Village, Ladanendal Revenue Group, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, by following the guidelines framed by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai vide Circular in Na.Ka.No. 39708/C1/ 2018 dated 04.10.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024. 2/4

2. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. If any document is presented for registration in respect of the subject property, the second respondent is directed to deal with the same in accordance with law. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
