Seeking to quashment of the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No. 1737 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court II, Madurai, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6535 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025, the case in C.C.No.1737 of 2024 was closed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on 25.08.2025. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
