This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the CIBIL Score report.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted on either side that the name of the petitioner was already removed and the petitioner had in fact availed of a subsequent loan from the respondent Bank.
