ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 18.02.2015 this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to the second petitioner to appear before the respondent police at 05.30 p.m every day for the period of two weeks.

2. Today, the respondent police is present. The learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that the second petitioner did not comply with the order of this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the second petitioner is in Singapore, he could not comply with the order of this Court.

4. If the second petitioner is in Singapore, it is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ known how he has signed in the vakalath without getting attestation from Indian Counsel there.
