No.9661/2017 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12443/2017 dated 27/10/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9661 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12443 of 2017, dated 27.10.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
