ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the first respondent to take action as against the fourth respondent for the issuance of oral order of ex-communication against the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is a private person and as such, no relief can be granted in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief in the manner known to law, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
