This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.219/2015 on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet and since, because of the pendency of this criminal original petition, they did not file any charge sheet. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that since the entire investigation has already been completed, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR and this petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file the final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
