This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as per the representation dated 28.02.2019.
2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State. 3.Though the larger relief is sought for in this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is now restricting her prayer by stating that it would suffice that if a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issued to the Law Enforcing Agency to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 28.02.2019.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2019 has been considered and initiated in C.S.R.No.261 of 2019 and the Investigating Officer will conduct enquiry. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed and the Law Enforcing Agency is directed to pass appropriate orders in C.S.R.No.261 of 2019 in accordance with law.
