Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHIAMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court in the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 153, 294(b), 506(ii) and 109 of I.P.C., in Crime No.316 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 21 days.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
