This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.148 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has already been completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Ramanathapuram. However, it was not taken on file and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
