The petitioner in D.V.C.No.9 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, is the revision petitioner herein. 1/4

2. The above said complaint has been lodged by the revision petitioner seeking various reliefs under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the above said complaint.

3. A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the petitioner was absent on various occasions. Due to which, the petitioner could not be cross examined. The petitioner was absent on 21.11.2024 and 30.01.2025. Therefore, it is listed on 05.03.2025 for cross examination of P.W.1. Unless the petitioner co-operates, the learned Judicial Magistrate will not be in a position to dispose of the complaint.

4. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for early disposal of the complaint and a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, to dispose of the complaint in D.V.C.No.09 of 2021 on or before 30.11.2025. 2/4
