JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed under Order XLIII of CPC r/w. Section 100 CPC against the fair and decreetal order, dated 23.08.2016 made in CMA.No.23 of 2016, on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, confirming the fair and decreetal order, dated 25.04.2016 made in HMOP.No.61 of 2013, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur District.

2. Both the parties and their respective counsel are present.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and they have also filed a compromise memo, in which, the respondent / wife had agreed to receive a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from the appellant / husband as permanent alimony and Rs.2,00,000/- for the "Seethanas" and the jewel which were given at the time of marriage.

4. In view of compromise entered into between the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is allowed. The marriage held on 30.08.2009, between the appellant and the respondent is dissolved. The compromise memo, dated 20.07.2018 signed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

parties as well as their respective counsel shall form part of this Judgment. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
