The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 22.12.2024.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4.The petitioner is having a dwelling house in Kattikulam Village, Sivagangai District. After having locked the house, the petitioner went to her daughter's house. At that time, her house was broken by the unknown persons and some of the articles inside the house were taken. On the complaint of the petitioner, the second respondent police visited and sealed the house. The petitioner requested the second respondent not to lock the house and permit the petitioner to have access to her house. However, it was denied. Hence, she had sent a representation to the first respondent. But no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner's son is in Army and he had married a police constable. They were living together in the upstairs of the 2/5
petitioner's house. The petitioner was along with them in the ground floor. In the year 2017, the petitioner's daughter-in-law had committed suicide and thereafter, the house has been kept under lock and seal. After some time, the petitioner was using both the portions. At this time, the break open of the house had happened. Hence, on the complaint of the petitioner, the house was kept under lock and seal and the petitioner was not permitted to access the house. From the year 2017, the house is under lock. Now the petitioner's daughter claims that some of her jewels are inside the house and she is objecting for granting access to the petitioner. The respondent police further submits that if the petitioner and her daughter come together, they are ready to open the house and let them have access to the house.
6.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to go along with her daughter and have their belongings inside the house.
7.In view of the above, the petitioner along with her daughter is directed to appear before the respondent police. On such appearance, a Women Police Officer attached to the All Women Police Station, 3/5
