ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2015 within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
