This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent Police to secure the accused persons in Crime No.104 of 2014, on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that insofar as Crime No.104 of 2014 is concerned, investigation has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Facts". Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
