ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, prays for the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of I.P.C and Section 5(g)(1) r/w Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.21 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused committed sexual assault on the defacto complainant.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in respect of co-accused this Court dismissed his anticipatory bail application under orders in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17989 of 2016, dated 21.09.2016.
4.Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
