ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 24.08.2016 for offence punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C. @ 304(b) IPC in Cr.No.225 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the sister of the defacto complainant committed suicide due to dowry demand and ill treatment by the accused.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner has been working in Indian Army and he has not committed any offence.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraneil and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
