This petition has been filed to restrain the respondents 3 and 4 from interfering into the tenancy dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent under guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the main petition itself was closed. 2/4
3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
