ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 13.09.2016 for offences punishable under Section 306 IPC in Cr.No.310 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to strained relationship with her husband, the deceased committed suicide.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the defacto complainant.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has illicit relationship with other lady and there was quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant due to which the deceased committed suicide and investigation is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a

bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
