Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.73 of 2013, has come forward with this application seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct the further investigation in Crime No.73 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that already investigation is over and charge sheet has been filed, which was taken on file in P.R.C.No.27 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC against the petitioner and one Lingadurai.
4. In such circumstances, I do not find any merit in this application and the same is dismissed.
