This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 1st Respondent to register the FIR in the light of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirapalli, in Cr.M.P.No.16339 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondent submitted that as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirapalli, in Cr.M.P.No.16339 of 2025, dated 08.12.2025, FIR has already been registered in Crime No.33 of 2026 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
