PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.03.2018 and investigate the case in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Ramasamy For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulingabharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.03.2018 and investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that so far, no complaint has been received from the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will make a copy of the said complaint to the second respondent.
4.In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the said complaint dated 23.03.2018 to the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
