This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint of the third respondent.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that it is the money dispute and on the complaint of the third respondent, CSR.No.1204 of 2024 assigned on 22.12.2024 and enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.01.2025.
