ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 24.01.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 30.01.2025 and hence, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
