ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to Judicial custody, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 427, 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No. 10 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that there was business dispute between the defacto complainant and A1. A1 along with other accused persons assaulted the defacto complainant and his brother with deadly weapons, thereby, the deceased lost his life. Hence, the defacto complainant filed a complaint before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would also submit that based on the confession of A1, these petitioners were implicated and hence, he would pray for bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is at the preliminary stage and there is no change
in facts and circumstances of the case and opposed for grant of bail.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact there is no change in facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
