W.P.(MD).Nos.2096 and 2099 of 2022 COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.G.Kasinathadurai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Rajasekar, learned counsel for Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

2. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petitions, since, Mr.Rajasekar, who is representing on behalf of Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent informs that the petitioners had been furnished with the copies of the tender notification, which is the only relief sought in the Writ Petitions. The Writ Petitions do not survive.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
