************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Review Application has been filed seeking to review the order made in W.P.(MD)No.9294 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024.

2.Heard Mr.S.Krishnan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.One Poornalingam, Secretary of Sri Vinai Theerkkum Vinayakar Alayam was arrayed as sixth respondent in W.P.(MD) No.25969 of 2022. The said Poornalingam has not challenged the order passed in the said writ petition.

4.Now, it is the case of the petitioner that the aforesaid person is a fictitious person representing the temple. On that ground, the present review application has been filed. If there is any objection for the petitioner, the same has to be made before the authorities concerned. Therefore, there is no locus standi for the petitioner and we are not inclined to entertain this application. 5.Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
