Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m and also as and when required until further orders commencing from November 2016. sd/- 21/10/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
