ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are the accused in Crime No.
236 of 2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 294(b), 307 and 436 IPC on the file of the respondent Police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2015. They seek bail. 2.According to the de facto complainant, on 30.08.2015 when he was proceeding in his motor cycle bearing registration No.TN-49/6987, the petitioners / accused waylaid the de facto complainant and attack him with lethal weapons and also set fire to the motor cycle and caused damage.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent objected for granting bail to the petitioners. 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
