Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.VADIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 302 IPC in Crime No.61 of 2017, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai regularly for a period of 35 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
