RESPONDENTS Prayer:- This Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 7 in Survey Nos. 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195 and 279 situate at Marungoor Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk classified as street by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2021 and 24.01.2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.
