ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 342, 324 and & 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant assaulted each other, for which case and counter case were registered as against the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and there are 25 cases are pending against the petitioner and hence he objected for grant of anticipatory bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
