This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.328 of 2014, on the file of the Valliyoor Police Station, by directing the third respondent to entrust the case records with the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.328 of 2014, on the file of the third respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, which was taken on file in C.C.NO.101 of 2015 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
